Aeron Dinamling
Aeron graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy where he built a strong foundation in evidence-informed practice and therapeutic techniques. He enjoys helping others feel and move better in their everyday lives, with a particular interest in supporting clients with active lifestyles. His practice focuses on chronic pain, movement restrictions, and physical stress related to daily, recreational, and athletic activities. Aeron’s treatments are tailored to each individual, using a variety of techniques to reduce tension, support recovery, and improve overall function. He has a special interest in injury prevention and recovery, and in helping clients maintain mobility and performance both in sport and daily life. Outside of the clinic, Aeron enjoys playing basketball and volleyball, which give him a personal appreciation for movement, body awareness, and the physical demands athletes face.

Lalita has been practicing Massage Therapy for over 25 years. She has extensive experience with Sports Massage having worked with the Whitecaps MLS, Rugby Canada, International Rugby, Rugby Sevens, PGA Tour, CFL, World Cup Fencing, Olympic Weight Lifting and Cirque du Soliel.
As a former instructor at West Coast College of Massage Therapy, Lalita supervised the student outreach at GF Strong Rehab Hospital coordinating and overseeing treatments of patients with spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, and a wide range of other neuromuscular conditions.
Lalita believes that humans are designed to move with ease through multiple planes of movement. She views the body as dynamic, resilient and capable of adapting and healing. Her treatment combines movement, mobility work, and stretching together with hands on massage techniques in a fluid but targeted manner getting right into key areas creating a feeling of openness, ease, and freedom of movement.
As a Health at Every Size (HAES) practitioner, Lalita believes that all bodies are good bodies. She understands that true health is not determined by size or shape, but by the strength and richness of our relationships, our ability to do what we love, and our capacity to share our gifts with our loved ones and our community.
Lalita holds a Masters of Education in health and active living and is a certified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. She is passionate about fitness and enjoys helping people find fun ways to exercise.

Moe brings a deep understanding of the human body to his practice, developed through years of working closely with athletes and individuals recovering from injury. He has a strong passion for treating people of all ages with sports-related injuries, movement limitations, and performance goals. With over 15 years of experience in rehabilitation-focused fitness and physical conditioning, Moe has worked with a wide range of individuals recovering from injury or managing physical challenges. His background in therapeutic exercise and sports science allows him to assess movement patterns, restore function, and tailor treatments that support long-term recovery and performance. Moe integrates a variety of techniques into his treatments, including trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, myofascial release, and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). Whether delivering deep tissue, sports, or Swedish massage, he customizes each session to maximize outcomes. In addition to hands-on therapy, Moe is committed to empowering his patients through education.
